Program: In-Person Group Coaching Workshops

1. Nature of Services
The services provided are group coaching and educational workshops designed to support personal development, emotional wellness, and skill-building.
These services are NOT psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or medical care, and do not replace services provided by licensed healthcare or mental health professionals in a therapeutic context.
Participation does not establish a therapist-client or provider-patient relationship.
2. Not for Crisis or Emergency Use
These workshops are not appropriate for crisis situations.
If you are experiencing:
- Thoughts of self-harm or harm to others
- Severe emotional distress
- A mental health emergency
Please contact 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (U.S.) immediately.
3. Group Setting & Confidentiality
This program is conducted in a group format. While facilitators emphasize confidentiality and respectful participation:
- Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group settingĀ
- Participants agree not to share identifying or personal information of other group members outside the group
- Breach of confidentiality or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
4. Scope & Limitations
Group coaching may include:
- Psychoeducation
- Skill-building strategies
- Group discussion
- Reflection exercises
It does not include:
- Diagnosis
- Individual therapy
- Emergency intervention
- Personalized medical or psychiatric treatment
Participants are responsible for seeking individualized care when needed.
5. Participation & Responsibility
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
- You are voluntarily participating
- You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being
- You may choose what and how much to share
- You may step away from any activity that feels uncomfortable.
6. Attendance & Program Structure
- This program runs for a defined number of weeks
- Topics vary weekly
- Missed sessions are not refundable
- Materials (if provided) are for personal use only
7. Payments, Refunds & Transfers
- Payment is required prior to participation
- Due to the cohort-based nature of the program, all sales are final
- No refunds for missed sessions
- Transfers to future cohorts are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the business
8. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Empower You Mental Health & Wellness, its facilitators, and staff from any liability arising from participation in this program.
9. Agreement & Consent
By purchasing and participating, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this agreement
- You agree to these terms
- You are participating voluntarily
